Chippewa Family Restaurant: A Family-Friendly Dining Experience in Chippewa Falls

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful establishment, and I can't praise it enough! The sandwiches with gravy were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and perfectly satisfying. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the kindness and warmth of the waitress and the owners. Their hospitality turned a great meal into a memorable evening. And the generous portions? They were so abundant that I enjoyed them again the next day for lunch! If you're looking for a place that combines great food with genuine hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended!

It's traveling day, and we stopped in Chippewa Falls for breakfast. Great place with good food and coffee. Hubby ordered the Country omelet, and it came with hashbrowns and toast. I ordered the smaller ham and cheese omelet, which also came with hashbrowns and toast. Nice portion size on both and very delicious. Our server was very attentive.

The first thing I noticed was the calm and clean atmosphere in the resturant. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

Updated interior with plenty of seating. Food was delicious and wait was short. Choose to stop in when our normal stop at altoona family restaurant had a long wait. My husband and I actually perfered it here as its not quite as congested.

My husband and I stopped in here for breakfast. It’s a family restaurant and had that style of atmosphere. They have fresh squeezed OJ and it was delicious. (The machine was right there when you walk in so you know they are squeezing their own.) We both got a skillet and they were very tasty. My only comment would be to have the shredded hash browns crispier. I got a cinnamon roll and it was SO good. I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. Service was quick and good. Would def recommend for breakfast.

We have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal. They have quite a good menu, but their breakfast items are always my go-to option, especially since they serve it all day. Food is always hot, good portions, delicious as well. Family-run business that runs efficiently, and they know the restaurant business.

Great experience, food was very tasty. Wonderful staff and atmosphere. Very clean. Great for kids and families, thus the name :-)

Went after a long night shift to get breakfast. Being from out of town, like a 3 hour drive East, I had driven by literally hundreds of times delivering nearby at night, not knowing this gem was here. Anyways, as I was saying, I figured I should try the local restaurants because everyone already knows what you get from a national chain. This place was amazing. Big enough to see they could get really busy, and yet it felt comfortable. The staff were VERY friendly, and entertaining. Service was relatively quick given it's food that actually has to be made. My wife thought I was crazy when I told her it's worth driving to the Chippewa Family Restaurant from Appleton, WI.
